3.1. Purpose of Collection

Information collected during the Willoughby assessment is used solely for the purpose of preparing your personalized RMAE™ Action Plan. Assessment responses are reviewed by a qualified member of the Pinnacle Process Group team. No automated system determines your assessment outcome — all interpretation is performed by a human professional.

3.2. Confidentiality of Assessment Responses

Your assessment responses are treated as confidential business information. They will not be shared with third parties except as described in Section 4 (service providers necessary for delivery) or as required by law. Assessment responses will not be used for marketing, sold to third parties, or disclosed to other program participants.

3.3. Retention of Assessment Data

Assessment session data is retained for the duration of your program engagement with Pinnacle Process Group and for a reasonable period thereafter to support program continuity, quality review, and legal compliance. If you wish to request deletion of your assessment data, please contact us as described in Section 7.

Access to the Willoughby assessment tool is restricted by email verification. Your authorized email address is stored in the assessment system to control access and track completion status. This data is managed by Pinnacle Process Group and is not shared beyond what is necessary for program delivery.
