Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 2026

Welcome to Pinnacle Process Group. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at pinnacleprocessgroup.com (the "Site") and the consulting, programs, assessments, and related services, features, content, or applications offered by Pinnacle Process Group LLC (collectively with the Site, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

Pinnacle Process Group provides entrepreneurial development, operational consulting, and market readiness programs for founders, small business owners, and the organizations that support them. Our current offerings include:

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

2. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

2.1. Trailhead Club Subscription

The Trailhead Club membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.

2.2. Single-Purchase Services

The following services are billed as one-time purchases at the price listed at the time of purchase:

GlidePath™ pricing is determined by sponsor organization agreements. Individual founders accessing the program through a sponsor organization are subject to the terms of that arrangement.

Action Plan Credit. The $499.00 Action Plan fee is fully credited toward enrollment in The Climb (Cohort or Premium) if the founder enrolls within 90 days of the Action Plan completion date.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies differ between subscription and single-purchase services.

3.1. Subscription Cancellation (Trailhead Club)

You may cancel your Trailhead Club subscription at any time through the customer portal or by contacting us at admin@pinnacleprocessgroup.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. No refunds, prorated or otherwise, will be issued for subscription fees already paid. You will retain full access to membership benefits for the remainder of your purchased billing period.

3.2. Single-Purchase Service Refunds

For services that include a scheduled appointment or session, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellation requests must be submitted to admin@pinnacleprocessgroup.com. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

For The Action Plan, the assessment stage (Stage 2) is initiated upon payment. Once Stage 2 has been completed and the assessment has been conducted, the fee is non-refundable regardless of whether the follow-up session (Stage 3) has occurred.

For The Climb (Cohort and Premium), refunds are not available once the program has commenced. Commencement is defined as the completion of the intake assessment or the first scheduled program session, whichever occurs first.

4. AI-Assisted Services — Willoughby Assessment Tool

Important — Please Read. The Action Plan assessment is conducted through Willoughby, an AI-powered assessment guide. By proceeding with the assessment, you acknowledge and agree to the terms in this section.

4.1. What Willoughby Does

Willoughby is an AI-powered conversational assessment tool that conducts structured intake interviews on behalf of Pinnacle Process Group. Willoughby is powered by the Claude API provided by Anthropic, PBC. During the assessment, Willoughby asks questions designed to map where you stand across the four RMAE™ pillars — Ideal Customer Profile, Unique Value Proposition, Minimum Viable Product, and Institutional Infrastructure — and records your responses for review by the PPG team.

4.2. Human Review

Willoughby does not render assessments, render verdicts, or determine outcomes. All responses collected during the assessment are reviewed by a qualified member of the Pinnacle Process Group team before any Action Plan is prepared or delivered. No algorithmic output determines your assessment result. A human professional conducts the interpretation and prepares your personalized plan.

4.3. Data Collection During Assessment

By participating in the Willoughby assessment, you consent to the collection and storage of your responses for the purpose of preparing your Action Plan. This includes all text and voice-transcribed responses provided during the session. Your responses will be treated as confidential business information consistent with Section 7 of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4.4. Voice Input

Willoughby supports optional voice input via your device's browser-based speech recognition. Voice input is processed locally by your browser and transcribed to text before being transmitted. Pinnacle Process Group does not store raw audio recordings.

4.5. Access Control

Access to the Willoughby assessment is restricted to founders who have completed Stage 1 of the Action Plan and whose email address has been authorized by Pinnacle Process Group. Attempting to access the assessment without authorization, or sharing access credentials with unauthorized parties, constitutes a violation of these Terms.

4.6. Single Submission

Each authorized email address may complete the Willoughby assessment once. Responses submitted during a session are final. If you believe you experienced a genuine technical failure that prevented completion of your session, please contact us at admin@pinnacleprocessgroup.com with "Assessment" in the subject line. Resets are granted at the sole discretion of Pinnacle Process Group.

4.7. Limitation of Liability for AI-Assisted Services

Willoughby is an AI tool and, as such, may produce responses that are incomplete, imprecise, or contextually imperfect. Pinnacle Process Group does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any AI-generated content produced during the assessment process. The assessment is a data-gathering instrument, not a diagnostic, medical, legal, financial, or psychological evaluation. All reliance on assessment outputs should be in the context of the human-reviewed Action Plan delivered at Stage 3.

5. No Guarantees

We are committed to providing high-quality support and practical tools. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue levels, or business results. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your market, business model, capacity, and follow-through.
