Terms of Service

1. Description of Services

Pinnacle Process Group provides entrepreneurial development, operational consulting, and market readiness programs for founders, small business owners, and the organizations that support them. Our current offerings include:

• A.I.D.A. Lite — a free, no-account, session-only diagnostic chat tool that gives a general-level read across the four RMAE™ pillars. Nothing typed into A.I.D.A. Lite is saved beyond the current browser session unless you choose to have a summary emailed to you.
• The Basecamp Workshop — a free, no-obligation introductory workshop.
• The Trailhead Club — a recurring membership subscription providing ongoing educational content and community access.
• The Pinnacle Support Suite — a library of individually priced, single-decision implementation guides (“Trail Markers”), available individually or through a recurring Support Suite Membership.
• The Pinnacle Process Check — a one-time, scored, four-pillar assessment of your business.
• The RMAE™ Action Plan — a one-time engagement that produces a prioritized, personalized operational roadmap based on the RMAE™ framework.
• The Climb — a structured, milestone-based program delivering the full RMAE™ benchmark sequence with one-on-one support.
• Website Build (Standard and Custom) — website design and build services.
• Additional scope-based guidance services, including Business Budget Planning, KPI Dashboard setup, and Done-For-You Lead Magnet creation, each quoted after discovery.
• GlidePath™ — a sponsor-integrated delivery model for organizations supporting entrepreneurship through funding, programming, or civic development.
• The Pinnacle Partnership — a Lean Six Sigma continuous-improvement retainer for mature, operational businesses. This engagement is not designed for early-stage or start-up founders.

We reserve the right to modify, add, or discontinue any Service, and to change pricing, at any time without notice. Current pricing for each Service is posted on the Site or provided at the time of purchase or quote.

2. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

2.1. Recurring Subscriptions

The following Services are offered on a recurring subscription basis:

• Trailhead Club — $35.00 USD billed monthly, or $350.00 USD billed annually.
• Support Suite Membership — $99.00 USD billed monthly, or $990.00 USD billed annually. Membership provides unlimited access to every current and future Support Suite guide for as long as the membership remains active.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled.

2.2. Single-Purchase Services

The following Services are billed as one-time purchases at the price listed at the time of purchase:

• Individual Support Suite guides — priced individually, currently ranging from $27.00 to $47.00 USD per guide.
• The Pinnacle Process Check — $99.00 USD.
• The RMAE™ Action Plan — $499.00 USD.
• The Climb — $3,500.00 USD.
• Website Build (Standard) — $599.00 USD.

2.3. Scope-Based and Custom-Quoted Services

The following Services are quoted after discovery and invoiced individually rather than sold at a fixed listed price:

• Website Build (Custom) — starting at $999.00 USD.
• Business Budget Planning — starting at $450.00 USD.
• KPI Dashboard — starting at $650.00 USD.
• Lead Magnet (Done For You) — starting at $299.00 USD.
• The Pinnacle Partnership — retainer pricing provided after an organizational needs assessment.

GlidePath™ pricing is determined by sponsor organization agreements. Individual founders accessing the program through a sponsor organization are subject to the terms of that arrangement.

2.4. Credits Toward The Climb

Two separate credit mechanisms may apply toward enrollment in The Climb. Where both are applicable to the same purchase, credits do not stack beyond the caps described below.

• Action Plan Credit. The $499.00 RMAE™ Action Plan fee is fully credited toward enrollment in The Climb if the founder enrolls within 90 days of the Action Plan completion date.
• Support Suite Credit. Amounts paid for Support Suite guides or membership are credited dollar-for-dollar toward enrollment in The Climb, up to a maximum credit of $500.00, if the founder enrolls within 90 days of the qualifying purchase.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies differ by Service type.

3.1. Subscription Cancellation (Trailhead Club, Support Suite Membership)

You may cancel a recurring subscription at any time through the applicable customer portal or by contacting us at admin@pinnacleprocessgroup.com. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date. No refunds, prorated or otherwise, will be issued for subscription fees already paid. You will retain full access to membership benefits for the remainder of your purchased billing period.

3.2. Digital Guides and Assessments (Support Suite guides, Pinnacle Process Check)

Because these are immediately accessible digital deliverables, purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted or the assessment has been delivered.

3.3. Services That Include a Scheduled Appointment or Session

For services that include a scheduled appointment or session, a full refund is available if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time. Cancellation requests must be submitted to admin@pinnacleprocessgroup.com. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are not eligible for a refund.

For The RMAE™ Action Plan, the fee is non-refundable once the assessment has been conducted, regardless of whether any follow-up session has occurred.

For The Climb, refunds are not available once the program has commenced. Commencement is defined as the completion of the intake assessment or the first scheduled program session, whichever occurs first.

3.4. Website Build and Other Scope-Based Services

Refund terms for Website Build (Standard or Custom) and other scope-based, quoted engagements (Business Budget Planning, KPI Dashboard, Lead Magnet, The Pinnacle Partnership) are set out in the individual proposal, invoice, or statement of work provided to you before payment, and those terms govern in the event of any conflict with this Section 3.

3.5. GlidePath™

Refund and cancellation terms for GlidePath™ engagements are governed by the agreement between Pinnacle Process Group and the sponsoring organization, not by this Section 3.

4. AI-Assisted Services

Pinnacle Process Group uses an AI-assisted tool, A.I.D.A. (the diagnostic intelligence of Pinnacle Process Group), in connection with certain Services. A.I.D.A. is powered by the Claude API provided by Anthropic, PBC.

4.1. A.I.D.A. Lite (Free Diagnostic)

A.I.D.A. Lite is a free, publicly accessible chat tool available on the Site. By using A.I.D.A. Lite, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

• A.I.D.A. Lite requires no account or login. Your conversation is held only for the duration of your browser session and is not stored by us unless you voluntarily provide your name, email, and related details to receive a results summary by email.
• If you choose to receive a results summary, the information you provide (contact details, self-reported business information, and your responses during the session) will be recorded for the purpose of sending you that summary and following up about our Services, consistent with Section 8 (Confidentiality) and our Privacy Policy.
• A.I.D.A. Lite provides general, directional information only. It is not a substitute for the human-reviewed Pinnacle Process Check, RMAE™ Action Plan, or any paid diagnostic Service, and its output should not be treated as a definitive audit of your business.
• A.I.D.A. Lite will not provide legal, tax, or financial advice, and is scoped to decline requests that fall outside general RMAE™-related business guidance.

4.2. Human Review on Paid Diagnostic Services

4.3. Voice Input

Where voice input is offered as part of an AI-assisted Service, it is processed locally by your browser and transcribed to text before transmission. Pinnacle Process Group does not store raw audio recordings.

4.4. Limitation of Liability for AI-Assisted Services

A.I.D.A. is an AI tool and, as such, may produce responses that are incomplete, imprecise, or contextually imperfect. Pinnacle Process Group does not warrant the completeness or accuracy of any AI-generated content produced through A.I.D.A. or any AI-assisted component of the Services. AI-assisted output is a data-gathering or general-guidance instrument, not a diagnostic, medical, legal, financial, or psychological evaluation. All reliance on AI-assisted output should be understood in the context of any accompanying human-reviewed deliverable.

5. No Guarantees

We are committed to providing high-quality support and practical tools. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue levels, or business results. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your market, business model, capacity, and follow-through.

Any examples of past results, case studies, or scenarios shared in our materials or conversations are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future performance.

6. Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Our Services focus on operations, process, and business strategy. Nothing on this Site, in A.I.D.A., or in our sessions should be interpreted as legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice. You should consult with qualified professionals before making decisions in those areas.

7. Not Execution-For-Hire

The Pinnacle Support Suite and related guides provide personalized implementation plans, templates, and recommendations. They do not include Pinnacle Process Group performing the underlying work on your behalf (for example, building your website, designing your logo, or running your marketing campaigns) except where a specific paid Service — such as Website Build — is expressly purchased for that purpose.

8. Confidentiality

During our work together, you may share sensitive information about your business. We treat this information as confidential and will not disclose it to third parties except:

• With your consent;
• As required by law; or
• To trusted service providers (such as the Anthropic API, payment processors, scheduling tools, or communication platforms including WhatsApp) who assist in delivering Services and are bound by their own privacy terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, the RMAE™ framework, benchmark sequences, assessment instruments, Support Suite guides, training materials, and program architecture — is the property of Pinnacle Process Group LLC or its content creators and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. RMAE™ and Real Market Applied Entrepreneurship™ are trademarks of Pinnacle Process Group LLC.

When you purchase a Service, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials within your own business. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or publicly share these materials without our prior written consent.

10. Third-Party Tools and Links

We use third-party services including but not limited to the Anthropic Claude API (powering A.I.D.A.), payment processors, scheduling tools, WhatsApp, and video conferencing platforms. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies which govern your use of their tools. By using our Services, you acknowledge that your data may be processed by these third-party providers as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pinnacle Process Group LLC and its owner(s) are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Services, including any AI-assisted components thereof.

In any case, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid us for those specific Services.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
