Welcome to Pinnacle Process Group! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at pinnacleprocessgroup.com (the "Site") and the entrepreneurial consulting services, features, content, or applications offered by Pinnacle Process Group (collectively with the Site, the "Services").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
Pinnacle Process Group provides entrepreneurial consulting services. Our offerings include the "Trailhead Club" membership subscription as well as several single-purchase services, including but not limited to: Trailhead Roadmap, Trailhead Sprint Starter, Trailhead Sprint Pro, The Climb, and The Pinnacle Partnership (a 90-day retainer).
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.
You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.
The Trailhead Club membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis.
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel.
The following services are billed as one-time, single purchases at the price listed at the time of purchase: Trailhead Roadmap ($49.00), Trailhead Sprint Starter ($149.99), Trailhead Sprint Pro ($269.99), The Climb ($499.00), and The Pinnacle Partnership (90-day retainer, price as agreed upon).
Our cancellation and refund policies differ between subscription and single-purchase services.
You may cancel your monthly or annual Trailhead Club subscription at any time. All cancellations can be completed via the Stripe customer portal linked from your account. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.
No refunds, prorated or otherwise, will be issued for subscription fees already paid. You will retain full access to the membership benefits for the remainder of your purchased billing period (the current month or year).
For all non-subscription services that include a scheduled appointment, a full refund is available if you cancel your purchase at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation requests must be sent to admin@pinnacleprocessgroup.com.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
