Welcome to Pinnacle Process Group! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at pinnacleprocessgroup.com (the "Site") and the consulting, workshops, and related services, features, content, or applications offered by Pinnacle Process Group (collectively with the Site, the "Services").

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, please do not use the Services.

1. Description of Services

Pinnacle Process Group provides entrepreneurial consulting and operations support for small business owners and solopreneurs. Our offerings include the "Trailhead Club" membership subscription as well as several single-purchase services, including but not limited to: Triage Assessment, Triage DIY Pack, Triage Support, The Climb Workshop, and The Pinnacle Partnership.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service at any time without notice.

2. Payments, Billing, and Subscriptions

You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges, and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable.

2.1. Trailhead Club Subscription

The Trailhead Club membership is offered on a recurring subscription basis.

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless you cancel.

2.2. Single-Purchase Services

The following services are billed as one-time, single purchases at the price listed at the time of purchase:

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Our cancellation and refund policies differ between subscription and single-purchase services.

3.1. Subscription Cancellation (Trailhead Club)

You may cancel your monthly or annual Trailhead Club subscription at any time. All cancellations can be completed via the Stripe customer portal linked from your account or via the instructions provided at purchase. Upon cancellation, your subscription will not renew at the next billing date.

No refunds, prorated or otherwise, will be issued for subscription fees already paid. You will retain full access to the membership benefits for the remainder of your purchased billing period (the current month or year).

3.2. Single-Purchase Service Refunds

For all non-subscription services that include a scheduled appointment (such as a Triage Assessment or The Climb Workshop), a full refund is available if you cancel your purchase at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Cancellation requests must be sent to admin@pinnacleprocessgroup.com.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are not eligible for a refund.

4. No Guarantees

We are committed to providing high-quality support and practical tools. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue levels, or business results. Your results depend on many factors beyond our control, including your market, business model, capacity, and follow-through.

Any examples of past results, case studies, or scenarios shared in our materials or conversations are illustrative only and should not be interpreted as a promise or guarantee of future performance.

5. Not Legal, Financial, or Tax Advice

Our Services focus on operations, process, and business strategy. Nothing on this Site or in our sessions should be interpreted as legal, financial, accounting, or tax advice.

In any case, our total liability for any claim related to the Services will not exceed the total amount you paid us for those specific Services.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site or Services after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
